He holds an advanced tax degree from Golden Gate University (LL.M. in taxation) and received his law degree from the University of Santa Clara, where he was an editor of the Law Review. Mr. Froehlich currently holds membership in the California State Bar Sections on Taxation, Estate Planning and Probate.
