Estate Planning to Save Taxes and Avoid Probate

There are a number of legal documents available to help any individual achieve his or her estate planning goals. There is not a right or wrong approach to estate planning — there is only an individual approach.

As an estate planning attorney with more than 30 years of experience, and a lawyer with Masters of Law in taxation, I have been able to work with multiple generations of individuals, help them define their goals, and then put them into an estate plan.

I prepare standard documents such as living wills, durable powers of attorney and health care directives, as well as complex family foundations, special needs trusts and charitable giving trusts.

I focus my legal practice on estate planning, tax planning and probate, and would be happy to help you accomplish your legal objectives. Please call the number below or use the form to send me an e-mail.
